to retail stores and boutiques at a wholesale
cost. If you are a store or boutique interested
in obtaining our wholesale costing and

The information sent will come directly
to us and will be held in the strict confidence.
Please include the following information:
• store name and address (please include
website information if applicable)
• contact name, title, and contact information
(mailing, e-mail, phone)
• tax i.d. number
• type of store
